IASS Symposium 2009
The IASS Symposium 2009 - IASS 50th Anniversary "Evolution and Trends in Design, Analysis and Construction of Shell and Spatial Structures" will be held in Valencia, Spain on September 28 to October 2. It will be organized by the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and the Centro de Estudios y Experimentación de Obras Públicas (CEDEX).

Techtextil 2009
From research and development, via the multitude of materials, production, finishing and recycling, to multipliers, such as associations and trade publishers, Techtextil presents the complete spectrum and expertise of the sector, as well as potential areas of application for technical textiles and nonwovens.
FABRIC FORMWORK CONFERENCE
This will be the first gathering of architects, engineers, builders, students, and manufacturers exploring recent developments in flexible fabric formworks for concrete structures in architecture and engineering. These two days of lectures and presentations by inventors, practitioners and researchers will focus on the new architectural forms made possible by this emerging technology. The conference will include workshop demonstrations of full-scale and model construction techniques.
