CLADDING and FIXINGS for humanitarian sheltering
The IFRC-SRU conference is an annual event that brings together a wide range of humanitarian shelter actors, as well as academics and suppliers to share knowledge and exchange experience.
The focus of this years conference is on cladding materials and related fixings for humanitarian sheltering. IFRC-SRU will present latest findings of material research (plastic sheeting, shade nets, insulation and other relevant cladding materials) and testing of different fixings for textiles as well as for CGI sheeting.
Like last year we are inviting participants from humanitarian sector, universities and private sector to present their contributions on the topic and to engage in the discussions to inform future research and development. The "Cladding and Fixing" conference is great event for networking and professional development.
